The advertising of the video in a frame is not linked to me and is under the responsibility of the respective content-audio-video platforms owners.

Tell in the Light’s Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options. Be aware that the personal data you share with us are shared with third party service providers and that we don’t have any control on how they use and keep safe your personal data. The site is operated in Israel and your data are stored at my hermitage and personal PC but also in the online service provider servers (the service provider host is an american company – but I can not guarantee their data servers are in the USA!) and on some cloud storage services for the backups.

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), my legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

I will try my best to keep the site and your data safe. Your data are stored also in the databases of some plugins that I installed on this site…..If you ask me to delete your data I will do it, but I can delete your data only on my personal Pc and online site and on the server I have access too. There may be backups of the site and databases of third party providers, that I can not access. If you ask me to delete your data also from the backups I have of the website, this will require to pay a fee, for it’s a very long and difficult job, and I would likely need the help of a specialist. Thereby, be aware, it is impossible to me to delete all of your data. And I will delete your data only from my site.

But when you provide me your data you accept that:

-I may not be able to delete all of your data or correct them,

-Your data are spread to multiple platforms and it’is almost impossible to me to know where your data went and to correct and delete them, except from the platforms I have access to, as my personal home archives, my backups and my online website editor.

For any request to delete or edit the data I will request a copy of a valid identity document (in order to prevent fraud).
